Wildlife Management Plans and Activities

Whether your property is in ag or already in wildlife management, Lupine’s experienced wildlife biologist will write a customized wildlife management plan for your unique property, submit your application to the County Appraisal District and conduct the required activities to maintain your valuation.

From fire ant treatment, to brush management, to annual bird surveys, we know Wildlife Management and will help you implement the right activities for your property.

We understand all the requirements of wildlife exemption and will help you convert or maintain your land into a beautiful, tax-advantaged wildlife property.

Whether you want Lupine to manage every detail of your wildlife management plan, or just provide our expertise, we have all the services, products and experience to make the entire process easy and stress-free.

WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT PRACTICES:

Whether you live on your land or out of town, we can help conduct the required wildlife management practices. Each year, landowners must perform at least three of the seven required wildlife management activities including: habitat control, erosion control, predator control, supplemental water, supplemental food, supplemental shelter, and census counts.
