Based in Dripping Springs, TX, Lupine Land Services was started by Chance Boatright. We work all within the Texas Hill Country and beyond to help private landowners, non-profit organizations and private companies reach their environmental compliance and wildlife management goals.
With a collaborative and integrative approach, Lupine Land Services provides environmental support and management with a focus upon NEPA, Clean Water Act compliance, endangered species, wildlife studies, wetland delineation and mitigation planning.
A native of west Texas, Chance's love for Texas' expansive landscapes and beautiful waterways sparked his lifelong commitment of protecting and caring for wildlife habitat and natural resources we depend on. After spending two years guiding fishing trips in Alaska, he made his way to the Hill Country to grow his wildlife biology career.
Chance is a results-oriented and well-respected senior biologist with over a decade of experience in wildlife conservation and project management. He has managed the development of conservation plans, biological assessment and biological opinions and has proven expertise in driving habitat restoration recommendations for threatened/endangered species including but not limited to Piping Plovers, Eastern Black Rail, spot-tailed earless lizard, Houston toad, Dunes sagebrush lizard, and Brazos water snake.
One of his greatest passions is educating and guiding landowners on sustainable practices, land and wildlife conservation and helping develop responsible land stewardship activities for healthy ecosystems.
Born and raised in Dripping Springs, TX, Hope is a community advocate, marketing and fundraising professional with a passion for conservation and protecting what makes Texas so special - our landscapes, waterways and way of life.
Hope grew up on the banks of Barton Creek on her family's farm and dairy. Summer days were spent barefoot, catching crawdads and tadpoles, swimming in the cool, clear water, and exploring the hills and open spaces around our farm until the sun went down. Her deepest and strongest memories were made on that piece of land in Dripping Springs – it's where she made her first paycheck pulling weeds from the lengthy, straight rows where fragrant culinary herbs grew; where she earned how to drive a stick shift down the long, dusty caliche roads; it's even where she said ‘I Do’ to Chance in the alluvial fields that have been farmed for generations. That love and passion is what launched her into the career she is in today.
